GHOST: Caleuche The Ghost Ship
The Caleuche is a ghost ship in Chile folklore and comes from the island Chiloé.
One version claims that the crew of the Caleuche is of those who drowned in the sea. These souls are brought to the ship by three Chilote Mythological siblings. The two sisters Sirena Chilota and Pincoya and their brother Pincoy. On the ship, the dead seem to live again as if they never died. The ship will arrive briefly and have the sounds as if there was a party on board.
Another version of the legend is that the ship appears in the sea of the Chiloé Archipelago and attracts fishermen and sailors. It plays enchanting music that enslaves them to be a part of the crew for eternity. These new crewmembers would forever have a leg folded over their back for eternity.
Another version of the ship is that it is a magic ship that Warlocks use to have parties and transport their
goods. It's used by warlocks to improve their magical abilities every three months. The warlocks are only able to reach the ship by summoning caballo marino chilote because Millalobo, king of the seas, prohibited any other people from boarding the ship or getting to it by any other means.

Murder of Fanny Faulkner
On October 6, 1870, James "Jimmy" Grady went to the home of Fanny Faulkner drunk. He had foul plans for the elderly woman. He sexually assaulted her and intended to rob her. He would beat, strangle and kick the woman. Mrs. Curtin was told by some children at the grocery store that Jimmy Grady was at Franny's home eating food.
This worried Mrs. Curtin and she rushed to Fanny's home. Inside he saw James over Franny. Franny laid on the floor suffering and unable to speak. James left after Mrs. Curtin arrived. James went to a blacksmith shop nearby and bragged about assaulting Fanny. Franny ended up dead the next day from the injuries.
At trial, he plead not guilty. The jury found him guilty and he was sentenced to death. James tried to get a new trial due to 1. him being intoxicated during the crime, 2. He didn't intend for murder just rape, 3. he was possibly from an influential family, 4. He wasn't skillfully represented.
This did not happen and James Grady was hanged on March 24, 1871.

The Blue Lady is sometimes referred to as Is-sinjura tal-Verdala. Before her death, she was arranged to marry a man she did not love. He may have been one of the knights. She kept refusing it, but she had no choice in the matter.
She would be imprisoned in her room in the palace being forced to accept an unwanted marriage. She had no way out, but the window. She would either slip to her death in her attempt to escape or willingly jumped to her death. It's unknown, but either way, she was not forced to marry the man.
She is seen in Verdala Palace wearing the same blue dress she died in. The one she was supposed to wear to her wedding. She'd be spotted walking the halls, in mirrors, or standing at the edge of balconies.
Forever stuck in the place she tried to escape.

Murder of Bocksten Man
In the 1880s a farm called Bocksten in Varberg Municipality, Sweden was created near a bog. The bog had been regularly drained and a harrow was used to gather peat by the owner Albert Johansson. A leather shoe was found in the wetland and donated to the Varberg County Museum, and later a shoe sole was also found in the bog.
On June 22, 1936, Albert's son Thur found a body while gathering peat. His harrow got caught on sackcloth. When Thur examined what he was hitting he saw parts of a skeleton. The next day Albert and Thur went and notified the police and doctor. It was then realized that the body was not recent and too old to be of investigation.
Johan Albert Sandklef, the director of Varberg County Museum, took over the body. He would invite others to help investigate the bog body that would eventually be called the Bocksten Man. They would measure and photograph the area before excavating.
The upper parts of the man passed through the harrow and were badly damaged. The lower parts stayed intact though. Though the body had been damaged his body is considered one of the best-preserved finds in Europe in that Era.
It's believed he had been hit at the lower jaw, then the right ear, and then the lethal hit was towards the back of his head. He was then pushed to where he was found and impaled with three wooden poles used for roofing to the bottom of the bog.
Bocksten Man's inner organs, parts of the lungs, liver, brain, and cartilage were preserved. It's believed that he's between 25 and 40 (more likely 35 to 40), but could be up to 60-years-old. He was 170 to 180 cm (5'7" to 5'11") tall with a slender build. His tunic was well-preserved, one of the best-preserved from that time. It was made of woollen fabric. He was wearing a gugel hood that was 90cm long and 2cm wide liripipe. He was wearing a shirt and a cloak and his legs were covered by hosiery. He had a fabric bag, foot coverings, leather shoes, a belt, a leather sheath and two knives. The sheath was 40mm wide and 62mm long, it was composed of 3 layers with a combined saltire and St. George's Cross carved on the outer layer. The inner laver had a similar pattern was carved, but with a pole added
The time he died was based on his clothing it's believed that he may have died between 1290 to 1430. His stature and items/clothing found with him makes it believed he was an upper class or a merchant. It's also suggested that he was a tax collector or soldier recruiter.
According to Albert Sandklef a local farmer, Karl Andersson, had heard of legend from when he was a child. His father was told bt two older people that a soldier recruiter was killed by local peasants. His body was put in the bog, but his ghost would haunt the area. So in order to stop it, poles were stuck into the body. Albert Sandklef asked other locals of this, but no one claimed to have heard of the story.
It's believed he had been hit at the lower jaw, then the right ear, and then the lethal hit was towards the back of his head. He was then pushed to where he was found and impaled with three wooden poles used for roofing to the bottom of the bog.
